Independent Fleet Evaluations:
We asses all aspects of the tyre bay operation, from paperwork utilised to artisan safety and basic Safety compliance. A detailed report will be given on ways to improve the management as well as operational inadequacies found.
Site Maintenance Audits:
We will inspect a cross section of the fleet as well as all maintenance measures in place, and submit an independent unbiased opinion on the current maintenance levels in the fleet.
Tyre Policies:
This document is drawn up on behalf of management and is usually as a result of intensive scrutiny of all factors affecting tyre costs and performance in the operation.
Intermediary Services:
We act as an authorised liaison in service the transport company and find suppliers and products, negotiate maintenance agreements and monitor tyre operations on an ongoing basis. You do transport, we do tyre management.
